We will happily refund your surcharge deposit providing the unit being returned adheres to the following eligibility criteria: 

• There must not be any damage to the original casting body of the product which would prevent it from being remanufactured. 
• Any plugs or sockets that are integral to the function of the product are not damaged. 
• Provide a valid tracking number to our customer service team once you’ve shipped your old unit back to us.
• If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact our customer service team. 

If the above is adhered to please send the item back to us for a surcharge deposit refund within 30 days of your order being delivered.

Water pumps and timing belts work hand in hand. If the timing belt needs to be replaced, it makes sense to replace the water pump too, to avoid repeating labour cost in a near future by a leaking water pump.
